It is important to us that our customers are fully satisfied with their online purchases. This is why we offer North American customers ONE (1) FREE exchange/return.
North American customers can submit a return or exchange request within 30 days from time of purchase. Items must be unworn and in sellable condition.
PLEASE READ CAREFULLY: If item has been visibly worn outside, Botany will NOT accept the return and it will be returned back to sender. No exceptions.

We offer one FREE exchange for North American customers. Botany will cover all associated shipping costs.
We are happy to hold the exchange item for you up to 30 days. If you are unable to return the original item within this time frame, please contact us at email@example.com.
Please note that exchanges must be for the same style (eucalyptus or maton grass). If you are interested in a different style, you'll need to request a return for refund and place a new order.
Refunds will be applied to the original method of payment, along with any sales tax that was charged at time of purchase. Please allow up to 5 business days for refunds to appear in your bank account.
