We want to make sure you love your bowtie and will do whatever it takes to make sure you are satisfied with your purchase. If you are unhappy with it in any way we offer exchanges and returns within 30 days of your purchase date.

If the product shows signs of being worn (wear or tear) we cannot issue a refund. Other restrictions apply.

Custom Orders

Bowties or pocket squares are nonrefundable since they are made to order.

Shipping

For customers in the continental U.S.

Non-custom bow ties ship within 2 business days.

Custom products ship within 7 business days (includes custom bow ties, pocket squares).

Aftercare

Handle at the center of the bow tie, using thumb and index finger

Keep in storage box and away from sun exposure when not wearing it

Your tie is adjustable, make sure it's tight but comfortable

Wipe foliage gently for shine with custom wipe (included)

Complaints

In the unlikely event of a complaint we promise to deal with the situation in a fair, confidential and effective manner. Your complaint will be acknowledged within 1 business days and you will be kept informed of our progress. We take customer service very seriously at Botany Bow Ties and will always make every effort to resolve any dispute to a positive conclusion.
